*Please note that services do not require a signature upon delivery therefore Sleepy Doe cannot be held responsible for any items not arriving. If you would like your delivery to include a signature, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you alternative shipping costs. When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.
F A U L T Y P R O D U C T S
We try our very best to ensure all products are made to meet the brand’s standards. If you believe your item is faulty please return within our 90 day faulty good policy. Sleepy Doe will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. If item is found faulty by Sleepy Doe, we will replace the exact item (subject to availability) with no postage costs.
Please note if items are found damaged as a result of excessive use, they are not considered faulty. When returning faulty items please ensure they are returned fully washed. All unwashed items will be returned to the customer without being reviewed.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send item(s) back in original packaging.
To refund an item please e-mail email@example.com for the returns address and state whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Sleepy Doe. When returning items we advise using a tracking service or a proof of purchase. Sleepy Doe will try to process returns within 14 days.
We will not charge postage for replacement items.
Please note any SALE items cannot be refunded, only exchanged unless faulty.
We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.sleepydoe.com, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges.
